The Coalition Against Segregation of Temporary Employees (CASTE) is filing a class action discrimination suit in Chicago today alleging that Johnson & Johnson supplier Vee Oak, Inc. is systematically discriminating against African American in temporary agency hiring. After they file the suit activists will inform shoppers at the Chicago-Austin Walmart about the alleged discrimination. Supporting actions are also being held by worker activists in New Brunswick, New Jersey and in Los Angeles.
