Nigerian oil union leaders begin a peaceful four-day strikeNigerian oil union leaders are promising a peaceful four-day strike starting today. Nigeria is Africa's leading crude oil producer, but two-thirds of the country live in poverty. Strikes last year resulted in violence with at least 11 protestors killed by police.
