Economic Report: Bad Bosses Are A Major Reason Good Workers Leave Companies - 01/14/09Economic Report: Who should you blame when a good employee leaves your company? Start with the boss. A new survey by Robert Half International discovered that 35 percent good employees say they are likely to quit because they are unhappy with management. The study found that employees have some tell tale signs when they are unhappy, for one they tend to wear more professional attire, are frequently absent, and miss deadlines.
