AFL-CIO Organizing Director Stewart Acuff says federation is committed to organizing

Remarks made by AFL-CIO Organizing Director Stewart Acuff in Chicago as the AFL-CIO delegates approve $22.5 million a year for organizing - up from $12.5 million last year. Acuff says workers are under ferocious assault and unity is needed to advance the cause of workers.
Acuff says the AFL-CIO has been organizing on average more than 400,000 new union members every year.
