Gage says the Bush administration is trying to gut collective bargaining rights for tens of thousands of government employees. Gage talks about the SEIU/Teamster disaffiliation and says labor must remain open to allowing those unions to keep participating in AFL-CIO local and state organizations. (07/27/08)
