The Communications Workers of America is teaming up with a German union to deal with the double standard between how European companies treat their organized workers at home and how their American workers are treated. The CWA will work with its German counterpart to organize workers at T-Mobile USA. CWA President Larry Cohen says despite a union shop in Germany T-Mobile is working aggressively against unions in the U.S. At a press conference in Washington CWA a T-Mobile pro-union worker appeared disguised with a fake beard, mustache, sunglasses and baseball cap who said he was afraid to openly support CWA because he feared retribution from T-Mobile.
