After losing in bankruptcy court; Comair back in negotiations with flight attendants - 05/04/06By Doug Cunningham Having lost in its attempt to destroy union contracts using bankruptcy laws, Comair will be back in negotiations with the Teamsters on May 11th. A thousand flight attendants at Comair are fighting to defend their families’ livelihoods against harsh demands for concessions from Comair.
