For the first time, child labor worldwide is on the decline. The International Labor Organization says that the number of workers under the age of 18 fell by 11 percent between 2000 and 2004, a drop of nearly 30 million. The biggest decline is in Latin America where the number of child laborers has dropped by two-thirds in four years.
