The AFL-CIO plans a civil disobedience action at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington today. Hundreds of nurses, construction workers, miners and others will march on the NLRB to protest the “Kentucky River” case where the NLRB is expected to broaden the definition of supervisory workers, taking away union rights for hundreds of thousands of workers. AFL-CIO activists plan to go to jail for justice at today’s protest.
