Economic Report: Hispanic Deaths On The Job Up By Two PercentEconomic Report By Jesse Russell While workplace fatalities overall dropped by one-percent in 2005 - that wasn’t the case for Hispanic workers. Numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics released this week showed that fatal work injuries of Hispanics jumped by two percent in 2005 - setting a new high.
