Fifteen People Arrested At UC-Davis Outsourcing Protest, Activists Urge Calls To Chancellor - 05/25/07By Doug Cunningham Fifteen people were arrested at UC-Davis this week in a protest against outsourcing of food service jobs on campus. Activists, including the public employee union AFSCME, are demanding that UC-Davis end the outsourcing and make food service workers university employees.
