Could the phrase: "It’s the economy, stupid." Once again became a popular campaign slogan? A new poll from the Associated Press suggests it could. Fifteen percent of respondents said that the economy is the major problem facing the United States, a jump of six points since the question was last asked in July. The top concern among Americans remains the Iraq War.
