Do you feel disengaged at work? You aren't alone. A new survey has
found that only 21 percent of workers worldwide feel engaged at work. The majority don't feel that their employers and management are "doing enough to motivate them to go the extra mile." The report found that companies with the highest percentage of engaged employees had, on average, a 19 percent increased operating income year after year.
