Economic Report: Older Workers Feel Less Stress On The Job - 11/20/07Economic Report: By Jesse Russell The older you are, the less stress you may feel at work. That’s according to a new study from the University of Michigan. One reason cited in the study is that only 19 percent of the older workers surveyed said they had poor job security. Another is that only 15 percent said work interfered with their personal lives, with only two percent saying their personal lives interfered with work. The main reason is that older workers tend to be "empty-nesters" and no longer need to juggle family needs. Economic Report | Posted 11/19/2007 - 6:23pm | 314 reads
