Not quite yet, but a ballot measure to be voted on by San Franciscans in November would prohibit city funds from being spent on the investigation or prosecution of prostitution. San Francisco Mayor, Gavin Newsom is against the passage of the measure, concerned it will be a major blow to sex-trafficking investigations.
