Economic Report: U.S. Tech workers less likely to enter IT

As new tech workers enter the U.S. workforce they see the average tech job as too easy to offshore and uncreative - so they are more often to look elsewhere for work. A study from research firm Gartner Inc. suggests that as the demand for technology developers shrinks over the next five years, more and more tech workers will leave the profession. The firm says that those with information technology skills are more and more likely to move into jobs dealing business strategy.
