Economic Report: California Home Price Plummet Triggers Sales Spike - 11/19/08Economic Report: With prices dropping like a rock, sales of new homes in Southern California rose like a rocket. Homes sales were up 67 percent over a year ago as prices were down by 32.6 percent. That is a 2.8 percent drop since September of this year.
